Now Offering Dental Implants

Sometimes teeth fail. We put an extraordinary amount of pressure on our teeth throughout our lifetimes. The years of pressure exerted on our teeth from both normal, everyday chewing and bad habits like ice chewing eventually can cause our teeth to break beyond repair.

When this happens, you'll need a tooth replacement. While there are many options for replacing a tooth, one great and long-term choice is a dental implant. A dental implant replaces the root of the missing tooth and gives your jaw a strong base for a crown, bridge, or even a denture.

The dental implant is placed in the bone of the upper or lower jaw, where the missing tooth is. Over a period of months, the bone grows into the implant through a process called osseointegration. Once the implant is secure, we then add a crown (or bridge or denture) on the top of the dental implant and your new tooth is ready for use. The whole process can take from 6-8 months months; however this is the best way to replace a tooth without needing to crown other teeth or drill on the surrounding teeth.

We are so excited to let you know that the entire dental implant process can now be taken care of right in our office. In the past, we have always restored or placed the crown to finish the implant process but now you do not need to leave the office to have your dental implant placed!

Using our state of-the-art digital technology, we can place your dental implant right here in the office with care and precision. We design your crown with our digital-planning software and plan where the implant will need to be placed to best fit your bite.
